INDIANAPOLIS – The Indiana Democratic Party, the organization that advocates for the future of Indiana and its families, today announced the launch of, a website telling the truth about Jennifer-Ruth Green’s promise to ban all forms of abortion – even in cases of rape, incest, and saving the life of the mother. Green has made abortion the centerpiece of her campaign, and has gone as far as to say she’s “100% pro-life…all the way”.

The website launch occurred just days after Jennifer-Ruth Green’s campaign tried to run from Green’s extremist agenda. Her campaign’s political calculus joins a national strategy by Republicans to hide their real views from voters following the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade. Should Republicans take control of Congress, they will pursue legislation to criminalize abortions nationwide

“Jennifer-Ruth Green wants to ban all forms of abortion and her views are too extreme for Northwest Indiana. will tell voters the truth even as she tries to shift her beliefs on an issue a large majority of people support: a woman’s right to choose,” said Mike Schmuhl, Chairman of the Indiana Democratic Party. “Jennifer-Ruth Green is as extreme as they come, her policies represent government overreach at its worst, and it’s why pro-choice Congressman Frank Mrvan will be re-elected in November.”

In Green’s opinion, If you’re a victim of rape, you would be forced to give birth to your attacker’s baby. If a relative got you pregnant, you’ll still have to give birth. If you are experiencing a life-threatening pregnancy, your life does not come first. No exceptions. Green even believes the recent anti-abortion law passed by Republicans in Indianapolis – a law that will ban 95% of abortions – didn’t go far enough.

A large majority of Hoosiers are opposed to the Indiana Republican Party’s effort to make abortions against the law. Voters expressed their views directly with Republicans ahead of their summer special session, but, the GOP supermajority at the Statehouse ignored Hoosiers and banned abortions anyway. Jennifer-Ruth Green will deploy the exact same strategy should she reach Washington, and it’s exactly why voters must reject her campaign on November 8.
